Super accueil et cuisine excellente à ce Buron. Nous sommes restés 2j et nous nous sommes régalés, notamment avec la truffade qui est de loin la meilleure qu’on ait mangé durant notre séjour d’une semaine dans le Cantal. L’accueil est excellent, agréable et attentif. Je recommande ce Buron pour son emplacement et surtout l’amabilité du gérant et sa cuisine
Accueil chaleureux. 2 Dîners goûteux . TB truffade et tarte myrtille. Un pavé de boeuf Salers très apprécié. Un bémol pour le petit-déjeuner qui mériterait d’être complété par des fruits de saison ou autres sachant que ce gîte se trouve sur le GR 400 donc une partie de la clientèle randonne .... Bonne fin de saison.
Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour ce lieu incroyable proposant un service adorable, et de loin la meilleure truffade sur les 6 testées au cours de notre séjour. Établissement à recommander !
Nous ne sommes pas restés à l'hôtel mais avons profité du restaurant à deux reprises. D'abord pour un goûter tarte aux myrtilles après rando délicieux. Ensuite pour un dîner tout aussi bon. Mention spéciale pour la truffade qui semble être une vraie spécialité de la maison ! Le tout dans une ambiance chaleureuse et un service souriant.
